Bella Vida is the perfect location for theme park visitors, it is just 15-20 minutes car journey away from Disney World and as little as 20-25 minutes’ drive from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Universal Resorts, less than half an hour away from here by car, is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and Islands of Adventure. Alternative attractions in the Orlando area, Fun Spot at Kissimmee Old Town, just 10-15 minutes from here, and Island H2o Live!, 20-25 minutes away, are highly recommended if you have space in your busy schedule. The US192, with hundreds of family restaurants and take-aways to tempt your taste buds, is a few hundred yards from the community entrance.
This well-maintained and comfortably furnished villa has plenty of space for you and your family to be able to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of your normal everyday lives. The open-plan layout includes a centrally placed kitchen area, with all the equipment, gadgets and appliances you will need to satisfy all culinary requirements and the breakfast bar here is a great place to sit and relax with snacks and drinks at any time. The nearby dining table is a perfect setting for meals or evening fun playing board games or chatting with each other. The lounge is at the back of the villa and has lots of natural light flowing in from windows overlooking the pool area, it has comfy seating in front of a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and doors leading to the outside dining area and pool deck.
The Main bedroom is on the right of the dining area and has a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the right of the front door and has a Queen-size bed, window overlooking the garden and an en-suite bathroom. On the left of the lounge are Bedroom 3 with Twin beds and a window overlooking the pool deck and Bedroom 4, furnished with a set of Bunk beds that would appeal to younger family members, a bathroom separates these two rooms. With a flatscreen TV in each bedroom there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite TV programme if they want to retire early after a long day at the parks.
Bella Vida community facilities are available for all guests to use at no extra charge and these can be found at the resort clubhouse, 3 minutes away from your villa by car or an easy 12-15 minute stroll through the neighbourhood. These amenities include a heated swimming pool, spa, sunbathing deck, well-equipped gym, movie theatre with cinema-style seating, a fishing lake, outdoor sports courts and play areas for toddlers.
After long days at the theme parks or shopping malls you will want to return home to your villa to recharge your batteries. The large pool deck has a covered dining area that is the perfect place for alfresco meals or cold drinks as you watch the kids splash around in the private pool, making lots of happy memories together. The natural lake view to the rear is the perfect back drop in the evenings as you sit outside, making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.
