This 3 bedroom villa is an ideal base for your dream holiday in Orlando. For sun worshippers, the west-facing pool deck has views of a garden to the rear, making it a great place to unwind as you enjoy an alfresco meal under the covered dining area. Those who enjoy a little competition can head to the games room for as many pool games as they can muster. The villa is on Lake Berkley, a peaceful gated resort community in Kissimmee, with community facilities including a clubhouse, heated swimming pool, well-equipped gym, fishing lake, tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts and play areas for the kids; it's a great place to spend time with your family and is just a 5-10 minute walk from your villa. From Lake Berkley it will take you just 15-20 to reach the rides, parades and fireworks at Disney World, or just 20-25 minutes for SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Harry Potter fans will want to experience Hogwarts Castle and Diagon Alley at Universal and this is a 25-30 minute car journey away. The community is just off the bustling US192, meaning you are just a few minutes away from hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to satisfy all appetites, budgets and dietary concerns.
The lounge is to the rear of the property and contains comfortable sofa seating around a flatscreen TV and patio doors to the west-facing pool deck. The kitchen is nearby and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need to prepare meals and snacks and a small table for tea and toast in the morning. The main dining table has 6 seats and is between the kitchen and doors leading to the sunny outside area.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the property and has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are near each other at the front of the property, Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and Bedroom 3 contains Twin beds.
If you like getting competitive, head to the games room where you will find a pool table and some seating, a great place to escape the hot Florida sun. Additional community facilities can be found at the clubhouse, a 5-10 minute stroll from here, including communal pool, spa, gym, play area and outdoor courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball.
After exhausting days at the theme parks, head back home for much-needed rest and relaxation. The west-facing pool deck has views of a beautiful garden area to the rear and table and chairs for snacks and drinks as you recharge your batteries.
