The community facilities on Orange Tree are available for guests to enjoy and include children’s play areas, tennis courts and a large catch and release fishing lake. Disney World theme parks, including Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios are less than half an hours drive away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove approximately 35-40 minutes away by car. Guests keen to make a splash at Volcano Bay water park, to ride the white-knuckle rollercoasters at Islands of Adventure or to stroll through Hogsmeade in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, can be at Universal Resorts in as little as 40-45 minutes via the I-4 Highway. Head south down the US27 to the popular US192 to discover hundreds of dining options, with enough choice to satisfy all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements, alternatively, head north towards Clermont where you will find lots more restaurants to choose from, often with shorter waiting times.
This comfortable home from home is an ideal base for your Orlando holiday and offers plenty of space for everybody to be able to relax away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. Just inside the entrance is a quiet lounge area with comfy seating and windows overlooking the pool deck, a great place to sit and relax with your favourite book and yet still be able to keep an eye out on the kids splashing around in the water. A nearby dining table, with windows overlooking the front garden, is an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games and chatting. The centrally placed kitchen has all the necessary appliances, gadgets and utensils for a self-catering holiday as well as a breakfast bar for 2 people. A nearby dining table, close to doors leading to the pool deck, is the perfect spot for tea and toast each morning. The main family lounge is close to the kitchen and has comfy seating, a large flatscreen TV and more patio doors leading to the southeast-facing pool area.
The spacious Main bedroom, to the left of the front door, has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an archway through to the large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is just off the main lounge and has a Queen-size bed, the nearby Bedroom 3 has Twin beds and a bathroom separates these two rooms. Bedroom 4 is towards the rear of the villa on the right and has a Queen-size bed, this is close to Bedroom 5, a Superheroes-themed room with Twin beds and Bedroom 6, a Twin-bedded room decorated in a style to suit anybody.
The games room is at the front of the villa and has been equipped with a pool table, a table football game and seating for spectators or players taking a quick break between games. The community facilities, available for all guests to enjoy, include play areas for children, sports pitches, tennis courts and a large catch and release fishing lake.
After exhausting days at the theme parks you can return home to your villa for some rest and relaxation. Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
