Sitting on the world famous, and very popular, Emerald Island gated resort in Kissimmee, this standard 4 bedroom privately owned rental villa meets the requirements of all family members. With themed bedrooms for the children, a private pool and spa, a well-equipped games room and plenty of space, the house caters for all your needs. On the resort itself there is a children's play area, sauna, heated swimming pool, modern gym, Tiki bar and sports courts, these are all a 10 minute walk away from your villa. The bustling US192 is a couple of miles away and there are hundreds of family-friendly restaurants to choose from along this popular tourist corridor, catering for every taste, budget and appetite. The magic and excitement of Disney World is just 10-15 minutes away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove a 15-20 minute journey and Universal less than 30 minutes away along the I-4 Highway.
This spacious villa has been designed with families in mind so that you can all spend some quality time together away from the stresses and strains of your normal lives. A formal dining table is at the front of the villa, also making an ideal setting for board game fun in the evening once the dinner plates have been cleared away. The family lounge is next, filled with lots of natural light coming from the patio doors leading to the southeast-facing pool deck, and has been furnished with comfy seating and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is next to the lounge and has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you would expect to find as well as a second dining table nearby, perfect for breakfast each morning as you plan your day ahead.
The Main bedroom is to the back of the villa on the right-hand side and has doors to the pool deck, a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom which also has a door to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the kitchen at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3, to the right of the kitchen, has Twin beds and has been decorated in a style that would suit all guests. Bedroom 4 is nearby and is a Disney-themed bedroom with Twin beds. With a flatscreen TV in every bedroom, all guests are able to relax at the end of a busy day enjoying their favourite programmes.
Head to the well-equipped games room for some memory-making fun as you challenge each other to games of pool, table football or air hockey or play on the pinball machine. Community facilities can be found at the clubhouse, a 10 minute walk from here. This is where all guests are able to make full use of the heated swimming pool, modern gym, sauna, play area, games room and outdoor courts for tennis and volleyball.
Come back to your villa each evening and relax on the private southeast-facing pool deck. The private pool will be a welcome relief on hot days and any tired legs can be relaxed in the spa. The covered dining area is great for sitting around, enjoying snacks, drinks and chats long into the evening. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck. This home offers a free gas BBQ grill for your stay, so no need to hire one.
