The west-facing pool deck has a large private swimming pool, privacy fencing on both sides and woodland views to the rear, making this a great place to sit and recharge your batteries. The community is just off the Ronald Reagan Parkway and guests staying here are able to use all community facilities, including the swimming pool, BBQ and picnic areas, play areas for younger children and outdoor sports courts for volleyball, basketball and tennis. ChampionsGate Village is a couple of miles away from here and has a Publix supermarket and selection of family restaurants and take-aways to choose from, catering for many tastes, budgets and appetites. The magic and excitement of Disney World will take about 15-20 minutes to reach from here, with Discovery Cove and SeaWorld just 20-25 minutes away by car. The nearby I-4 Highway is the road to take if you want to go to Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the fantastic Islands of Adventure, this is less than half an hour away.
The spacious open-plan layout of this villa will help you and your family relax and enjoy the quality time you have together here in Orlando. The family lounge has ample comfy seating in front of the flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the sunny west-facing pool deck area. Nearby is a dining table, perfect for mealtimes together or for sitting around in the evenings as you play board games and chat about the day you have just shared. The kitchen is adjacent to this and has the equipment, gadgets and appliances to help you prepare meals, snacks and packed lunches. The breakfast bar has 3 stools and is the perfect place to sit and rest for a few minutes as you enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the right and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has direct access to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is at the back on the left and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, decorated and furnished in a style to suit all guests, is at the front of the villa with a window overlooking the garden and has Twin beds. Bedroom 4, also decorated in a style to suit everybody is nearby and is another Twin-bedded room. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV, making early nights even more enjoyable after a busy day at the parks.
There is no games room in this villa but the nearby community facilities are available for all guests to enjoy, these include an outdoor pool, BBQ and picnic areas, sports courts for basketball, tennis and beach volleyball and a play area for younger children with swings, slides and climbing frames.
Spend lazy afternoons around your own west-facing private pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Fencing to both sides and woodland views with no rear neighbours will help you relax as the kids splash around in the pool having fun. Direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom will stop any mad sprints through the villa with wet feet.
Bridgewater Crossing is a picturesque 78 acre Davenport community of approximately 220 villas close to Disney World, which is just a 15-20 minute drive away. Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are all within a 20-30 minute drive.
