The fun and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about the same distance away as well. Universal Resorts, including Volcano Bay water park, Islands of Adventure and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will take less than half an hour to reach along the I-4 Highway. This is also the road you will need to take to reach Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and some of Florida’s amazing sandy beaches. Restaurant choices are plentiful in the area, serving everything from steaks to salads, burgers to burritos and pancakes to pasta, the closest places to go would be ChampionsGate Village or the fun-packed US192 which is a few miles north of ChampionsGate.
The open-plan layout of this villa has been designed so that you and your family can relax as soon as you step inside. The kitchen is centrally placed downstairs and has all the equipment, utensils and appliances you are likely to need and the breakfast bar here is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks, drinks and chats throughout the day. The nearby dining area has doors leading to the south-facing pool deck and a table which is a great setting for board game playing fun in the evenings. The downstairs lounge is adjacent to the kitchen and has windows overlooking the pool, a large corner sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. A second lounge area is upstairs and also has lots of comfy seating and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV in case viewing preferences differ. For movie nights you should head to the upstairs cinema room with a bag of popcorn and settle down on one of the comfy chairs in here to watch a film together.
The Main bedroom is downstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is on the right of the front door overlooking the garden and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. All other bedrooms are upstairs, Bedroom 3, with a King-size bed, is on the left and shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 5, also with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 has a King-size bed and shares an en-suite bathroom with the Twin-bedded Bedroom 8. Bedroom 6 is on the right and has a Queen-size bed while the centrally placed Bedroom 7 has 2 Double beds. All bedrooms have been supplied with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, making early nights or lazy mornings in bed even more enjoyable.
The games room is a great place for memory-making moments as you play games of air hockey or pool against each other, seating in here means spectators can look on in comfort or they can play on the games console that is provided. Extra activities are available at the clubhouse, less than 10 minutes’ walk from here. These facilities include a heated resort-style swimming pool with lazy river and water park, Tiki bar and restaurant for drinks and meals, a games room, well-equipped gym, movie theatre and outdoor courts for beach volleyball and tennis.
