This 4 bedroom privately owned rental villa has everything you need to relax away from the busy parks at the end of your day! With a well-equipped games room and an extended south-facing pool deck that receives a lot of sun, this is a great choice for your Orlando holiday. The community facilities are just 4 minutes’ walk from your villa and include a heated swimming pool, separate hot tub, Tiki bar, well-equipped gym, play area with swings and slides and an outdoor volleyball court. The US192 is a few miles north of Solana and this is where you can discover hundreds of restaurant options suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites. This is also the road taking you to magic and excitement of Disney World which is just 25-30 minutes from your villa. SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Universal Resorts are all slightly further away, but they can all be reached in 30-40 minutes. Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center and Florida’s award-winning beaches can all be easily reached from here by travelling along the nearby I-4 Highway.
The open-plan layout of this villa will help everybody get the most out of your time together. The lounge has modern comfy seats in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the south-facing pool deck. The dining table is close by and is a great place for meals or evening fun playing board games together. The kitchen is centrally placed and has all the appliances, equipment and gadgets you will need as well as a convenient breakfast bar for snacks and drinks.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the property and has a Queen-size bed, patio doors leading out onto the south-facing pool deck and an en-suite bathroom which also has a door to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a window overlooking the garden, a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both contain Twin beds and are next to each other, along the corridor between the Main bedroom and Bedroom 2. For the convenience of guests, all bedrooms have flatscreen TVs so everybody gets the chance to watch the programme they want to.
If you have a competitive spirit, there is a games room where you can play as many rounds of pool, table football, air hockey and table tennis as you would like! Some seating has also been supplied so spectators can take the weight off their feet as they cheer from the side-lines! Extra activities can be found at the clubhouse, an easy 4 minute stroll from here. These facilities include a heated swimming pool, hot tub, Tiki bar, well-equipped gym and an outdoor play area for small children.
After long days at the theme parks come back home to relax on the large south-facing private pool deck. Kids will enjoy splashing around in the water until it’s time for bed while the adults sit at the table with snacks and cold drinks, making plans for their next Florida villa holiday. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom so no need to go rushing through the villa with wet feet if a trip to the loo is needed.
