This privately owned 6 bedroom vacation villa is located on the gated community of West Haven – The Dales in Davenport and comes with good sized rooms, a south-facing pool and relaxing spa, access to community facilities and is close to Disney World, making it ideal for your family as you visit Orlando. Start your holiday by heading to the community facilities at the club house, which is only 6 minutes’ walk away, to make use of the TV lounge, ping-pong table, well-equipped gym and outside swimming pool, as well as the tennis and beach volleyball courts. Disney World is only 20-25 minutes away, so hop in the car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to create unforgettable memories. Other attractions include Universal Resorts, which are only 30-35 minutes away, so taste a butterbeer at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, ride a canoe through a volcano at Volcano Bay water park and go on every rollercoaster in Islands of Adventure. SeaWorld, where you can encounter penguins is only 25-30 minutes away, as is Discovery Cove, where you can swim with dolphins. After a long day of theme parks, you may not want to cook, so head to ChampionsGate Village, which is only 2 miles away to find a range of restaurants that will suit all tastes.
Spend lots of quality time with your family in this vacation villa during your trip to Orlando. The modern kitchen is located to the right, well-equipped with everything you will need during your stay, while breakfast bar seating for 4 is a great place to start your morning with tea and toast. A formal dining table is located to the left of the villa, with seating for 8. Enjoy a meal here, before spending the evening playing card games or chatting all night. Towards the rear of the villa is a family lounge with seating for 6 and a flatscreen TV. Come together as a family and show your kids all your favourite movies, while a nearby door provides access to the south-facing pool should you want to go for a quick swim. A second lounge can be found upstairs, with seating for 3 and a pool table that will provide countless hours of entertainment.
Located to the back right of the villa, the Main bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor on the right with a King-size bed. Bedroom 3 is back upstairs on the left side, with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 4, which has a Queen-size bed. On the ground floor, Bedroom 5 is at the back right, with Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom which has a door to the south-facing pool. Back upstairs and located centrally to the right, Bedroom 6 has Twin beds. All rooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, making early nights much easier for everyone.
While this vacation villa does not have a games room, there is a pool table in the upstairs lounge, where you can practice your trick shots before challenging your family to a game, while those waiting for their turn can get comfortable on the sofa seating for 3. Additional entertainment can be found art the community facilities, which are only 6 minutes’ walk away. These include a TV lounge, ping-pong table, a well-equipped gym and an outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and beach volleyball courts for the sportier members of your family.
Top up your tan on your very own large south-facing pool. Teach the kids to swim in the private pool or have a long relaxing soak in the spa before enjoying an alfresco meal at the covered dining table, while a door provides access to the en-suite bathroom of Bedroom 5, preventing any wet footprints throughout the villa. West Haven is a community close to Disney and is divided into several smaller gated subdivisions. The Dales is one of the newest subdivisions and the large privately owned family villas on this popular community have their own pool and spa, games room and west-facing pool deck. Orlando’s famous Disney parks are 15 minutes drive away and Universal is less than 30 minutes away. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all close by. Guests have access to community facilities which include a clubhouse with TV lounge and gym, tennis and volleyball courts and large outdoor swimming pool.
