This comfortable villa has 6 bedrooms, with enough beds to sleep up to 14 guests, and a west-facing private pool and spa with no rear overlooking neighbours. The Hamlet at West Haven is about 20-25 minutes away from Disney World theme parks and less than half an hours’ drive from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Universal Resorts will take approximately 30-35 minutes to reach from here and this is where you will find The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. The I-4 Highway is just a few minutes away from here and this road, running east to west across the state, will lead you to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s award-winning beaches. ChampionsGate Village is a couple of minutes away from West Haven and this is where you will find a Publix supermarket for all your grocery shopping and a wide selection of family restaurants taking care of all appetites, dietary requirements and food desires.
This spacious villa offers you all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax and enjoy your precious time together here. The open-plan accommodation includes a large kitchen area at the heart of the downstairs area, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils to fulfil any culinary requirement. The formal dining table at the front of the villa seats 8 people, with another table overlooking the west-facing pool deck also seating 8 people. The downstairs lounge is furnished with comfy seating and has a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the pool area. The upstairs lounge is perfect if viewing preferences differ, it has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and a small table which is ideal for evening fun playing cards and games.
The spacious Main bedroom is at the top of the stairs and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa upstairs and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3, the only bedroom on the ground floor, is at the back of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, this room is next to a bathroom with easy access to the pool area. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that would be suitable for everybody. The African animal-inspired Bedroom 5 is at the front of the villa next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds. Finally, Bedroom 6, at the front of the villa, has a fun Disney theme for younger children and has been furnished with 2 sets of Bunk beds, sleeping up to 4 children in total in this room.
Guests staying in The Manor also have access to the community swimming pool and children’s play area, both of which are less than a minutes’ walk away from this villa.
After busy days at the theme parks you can return home to your villa to recharge your batteries. The west-facing outside area has a private pool, a relaxing spa, no overlooking neighbours and easy access to the bathroom next to Bedroom 3.
The Hamlet is a small gated sub-division of West Haven, a highly-recommended community in Davenport, close to the US27 and the I-4 Highway. It is close to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal and all other popular Orlando tourist attractions and theme parks. Many of our privately owned villas to rent, ranging in size from 4 to 6 bedrooms, have games rooms as well as a south or west-facing private pool and spa. Community facilities on The Hamlet include a swimming pool, tennis court and a kiddie's play area. Shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses are all within a short driving distance.
