Universal Studios
Overview
Universal Studios has been taking guests behind the scenes since opening in 1990. Experience the hottest rides and attractions, take a photo with iconic characters and visit memorable sets from TV and film. This is the place where blockbusters come to life!
Inside the gates of Universal Studios is Production Central - this is where Hollywood meets Orlando. You'll find yourself in the middle of a real working film and television production studio and can become a part of the Transformers, Shrek and Despicable Me films.
Walk through the recreated street sets of New York, San Fransisco and Hollywood. New York represents some of the best theming found in the park. Make sure you explore the crooked alleyways behind the Blue Brothers stage for some authentic-looking urban backdrops. The Hollywood area recreates the glamour and energy of southern California from the 1930's through to the 1950's. This is where you'll find Universal's newest attraction - The Bourne Stuntacular - which is due to open in Spring 2020.
Thrills and magical experiences await at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Enter Diagon Alley from the streets of London just like Harry did and dine at the Leaky Cauldron. Visit Gringotts, the goblin-run bank and experience an unforgettable adventure on the Escape from Gringotts.
The home of the Simpsons is also here for you to explore. Within Springfield you'll find The Simpsons 3D Ride, a Kwik-E-Mart store, a fabulous re-creation of Moe’s Tavern and other cartoon landmarks.
Woody Woodpecker's KidZone is home to some of the most popular stars in children’s entertainment, along with a variety of rides, shows and attractions that appeal to all ages. E.T. Adventure is a truly nostalgic ride that has been here since the park first opened.
