Trio of new restaurants at Disney Springs
Over the last few years, Disney Springs has been expanding with lots of new places to eat. Its recent addition is a trio of restaurants from the Patina Restaurant Group.
Relax with some fine dining at Maria & Enzo’s, grab a quick bite to eat at Pizza Ponte or enjoy a night of entertainment at The Edison. All of these spectacular restaurants offer an unforgettable dining experience and there’s something to suit all tastes!
Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante
This beautiful Italian restaurant is set in a storied airline terminal, said to be purchased in the 1930s by Italian immigrants Maria and Enzo. It features vaulted ceilings with a large globe chandelier and a mural depicting the destinations once served by the terminal.
Fun Fact: Look closely and you can see Disney-inspired locations displayed on the ceiling mural, including a marker that says Marceline, Missouri – the hometown of Walt Disney!
Inspired by Sicily, the menu offers a range of handmade pastas, fresh fish, richly-flavoured steaks, desserts and coffees. It’s perfect for a luxury meal with the family or an intimate evening with your loved one.
Before or after dinner, enjoy a drink at Enzo’s Hideaway, an underground tunnel bar serving barrel-aged cocktails and a selection of tapas-style dishes for those craving a little something to eat.
Fun Fact: Enzo’s Hideaway has the largest selection of rums and Scotches of any restaurant at Disney Springs.
Pizza Ponte
Open from morning until late at night, this is the perfect place to grab a quick and satisfying bite any time of day. The Pizza Ponte menu includes an assortment of home-baked Italian pastries, handmade sandwiches and Sicilian-style pizza by the slice. They also offer a selection of Italian beer and wine.
Pizza Ponte sits within the Air Terminal next door to Maria & Enzo’s.
The Edison
Housed inside an old power station, this restaurant offers a spectacular setting for lunch or dinner. The industrial, gothic theme is displayed in every corner, with antique pieces and iconic machinery throughout.
The Edison serves classic American cuisine, including prime rib, steaks and the incredible Edison Burger. It offers family-friendly dining for lunch and dinner, followed by an adults-only evening after 10pm where the restaurant transforms with cabaret, cocktails and a dance floor. The night livens up with a variety of unique acts including contortionists, aerialists, live cabaret, DJs and more.
