Your guide to Disney FastPass+ and Memory Maker

Disney FastPass+ and Memory Maker are a great addition to your Disney tickets, as they allow you to personalise and organise your experience in the parks. All of our Disney tickets currently include both of these magical extras!

Once you’ve received your tickets, you will need to create a Disney account within ‘My Disney Experience’. Here you can start planning your holiday itinerary, find maps, videos and also book your FastPass+ reservations.

Reserve access to select Walt Disney World attractions, entertainment and Character Meet and Greets with FastPass+. It provides shorter wait times so you can have more fun in the parks!

Memory Maker allows you to really treasure those magical moments. Have your photo taken at hundreds of locations throughout the parks and they will conveniently be connected to your My Disney Experience account.

Disney FastPass+ tips and information:

• You can choose your FastPass+ selections up to 30 days in advance of your visit. If you’ve bought tickets with us we’ll make sure you receive your Disney tickets before the 30 days so you can start making reservations as soon as the window opens.
• Select up to three Disney FastPass+ experiences in one Disney theme park per day.
• It’s best to select your FastPass+ reservations in the late morning and afternoon, as you are more likely to get on rides quicker early in the morning without a FastPass, when wait times are at their shortest.
• Ride reservations are split into two tiers, with Tier 1 usually including the most popular attractions. You will only be allowed to book one Tier 1 attraction per day in advance, along with two Tier 2 attractions.
• When in the parks, make sure you scan your ticket to check in at each FastPass+ reservation.
• Once you’ve checked in on your third reservation, you can use the in-park FastPass+ Kiosks or the My Disney Experience App to make an additional fourth reservation. You can then book a fifth once you’ve checked in on the fourth, and so on.
• Don’t worry if you miss a FastPass+ reservation, providing there’s availability later in the day you can simply move it to another time.
• You can edit your FastPass+ reservations after you’ve booked them. Use My Disney Experience to check whether alternate times are available that better fit your schedule. You can even change your FastPass+ selection on the day.

Download Disney’s My Disney Experience app so you can enjoy all the benefits on the go! Within the Disney parks you get free WiFi, making it easier for guests to organise their day through the app.

It has everything in one place with so many handy features. Book everything from your FastPass+ to dining reservations. The app includes advice on the best rides for your family, real-time attraction wait times, show times, wonderfully illustrated maps and more. You can also connect with everyone in your group, so you can easily make and share plans together.

Disney Memory Maker

This fabulous package which is full of once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunities is available throughout Walt Disney World! Capture your magical Disney moments with Disney PhotoPass Service and download them all with Memory Maker. You’ll get unlimited digital downloads of all your memories, including select attraction photos and videos, plus extras like Animated Magic Shots.

What’s included?

• Unlimited digital downloads of all your Disney PhotoPass photos and videos - All the photos you have taken are magically stored in your online account, ready to download when you get home.
• Select attraction and character dining photos and videos.
• Make sure you check out your ride photos at the end of the attraction and scan them to your card. You’ll be able to scan your card on the touch point next to the preview screen that displays your photo.
• Discounts on prints of your photos.
• Magic Shots featuring animated Disney characters and more, can be added to your photos. Just ask your photographer for a “Magic Shot” and they’ll add these fun surprises for you.
• Memory Maker also includes digital borders and stickers to personalise your photos.
• You can link your account with family and friends so you can then view and download each other’s photos!
• Photos saved in your account will expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken, after this time they will be deleted, so make sure you download them as soon as you get home!
