Everything you need for the perfect stay in Orlando

More and more people are choosing villa rental when booking their holiday to Orlando. It’s cost-effective, especially for bigger groups, and offers more space and convenience for everyone. You can make your holiday fit around you, and with our well-equipped properties you can relax knowing everything is here for you.

Giving our customers the most comfortable and relaxing stay is important to us, which is why we provide all the essential facilities and more, in each of our villas.

• Wi-fi - Stay connected with friends and family back home, plan your next day in Orlando or boast about your trip to everyone on social media! There’s so many reasons why wi-fi is important to our customers, which is why we make sure that it is available in all of our villas.

• Air conditioning - You’ll certainly be thankful to come back to an air-conditioned villa after a day out in the sunshine. Florida is warm all year round, so having air conditioning is a necessity.

• Kitchen facilities - All kitchens are very well equipped with the essentials that you’ll need, such as plates, saucepans, glasses and cutlery. Each villa also has a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and kettle.

• Laundry facilities - All villas are self-catering, with no daily maid service. There will be a washing machine and tumble dryer in your villa if you wish to do any washing during your stay, along with an iron and ironing board. As it is self-catering, only limited cleaning and toiletry supplies have been provided when you arrive (ie one toilet roll and bar of soap per bathroom, one dishwasher tablet, one bin bag). Please bear this in mind when heading to the shops for food and supplies.

• Bed linens and towels - All beds are made for you when you arrive, along with towels for each guest. There will also be extra bed linen inside the villa, should you need to change the bed during your stay. Some villas also include pool towels. Please contact us if you wish to find out if your villa has them.

• Hairdryer(s) - Each of our villas has at least one hairdryer, which means you can save on your luggage space!

• Welcome Pack - We offer a complimentary Welcome Pack inside every villa, so you do not have to rush out the minute you arrive and buy provisions. The Welcome Pack provides some basic necessities for a light snack and typically includes milk, tea, coffee, sugar, fruit juice, carbonated soft drinks, water, bread, butter, cereal and biscuits.

Lindfields Reserve 3 bed villa

Along the US192 is this unique and modern three bedroom villa on the gated community of Lindfields Reserve. The Disney parks and SeaWorld are reachable in under 20 minutes by car, with Universal Studios around 30 minutes away.

• Inside the villa - The family lounge is at the heart of the villa. Here you will find a large corner sofa with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and three sets of patio doors to the pool. The modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances backs onto the lounge and has a double-sided breakfast bar for four people. The dining area is nearby and has a table and chairs for six people, as well as patio doors to the pool. The Master bedroom is at the back of the villa. This has a King-size bed, ceiling fan, doors to the pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the property. Here you will find a Queen-size bed, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is across from the Master bedroom. This has two sets of bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom.

• Pool deck - After a long day out and about in Florida, you can return to this villa to enjoy the Mediterranean-style pool and spa, which has no overlooking neighbours. There is plenty of space to sit and relax on the cushioned sunloungers and outdoor seating area.

• Games room - This villa has a games room which houses table football as well as some seating for spectators to sit and watch from the sidelines.

• Lindfields Reserve community - Located in Kissimmee, just off the US192 is this quiet gated sub-community on the Lindfields Estate. It’s in a great location for Orlando’s top attractions.

Aviana 5 bed villa

Sitting on the quiet gated resort of Aviana, this modern five bedroom villa is a perfect choice for your holiday to Orlando! It's beautifully-decorated with two games rooms, a balcony and a spacious private pool deck with lake view, so there's plenty of space for the whole family here. It's only 20 minutes from Disney too!

• Inside the villa - Just inside the front door is a formal lounge with a sofa, armchair and flatscreen TV. A great spot to relax and read a book or watch something different on TV to the rest of the family. This villa has a large open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar. Adjacent is the formal dining area with seating for eight people. To the left of the kitchen is the main family lounge with two sofas, patio doors to the pool deck and a flatscreen TV. Upstairs is an additional lounge/cinema-style room with flatscreen TV. The five bedrooms in this home have all been tastefully decorated. The Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 have King-size beds, Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed, with Bedrooms 4 and 5 containing Twin beds.

• Pool deck - The villa has a good-sized pool deck with views of a lake to the rear. The pool and spa are great for relaxing in after a busy day at the parks. There is a covered outdoor dining table with seating for six people and two outdoor sofa-style chairs with a coffee table; the perfect spot for your morning coffee, soaking in your surroundings.

• Entertainment - The main games room is located at the front of the villa with air hockey, table tennis and table football. Upstairs on the landing is a second games area with a sports bar feel, it contains a pool table and a large flatscreen TV.

• Aviana community - Aviana is a quiet, gated community, an ideal retreat from hectic days at the parks and is situated within 30 minutes drive of Orlando’s parks and attractions. Within five minutes drive you can reach restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The clubhouse is one of the first things you come across as you enter the community and offers a range of facilities. A gym, volleyball court, children’s play area, communal pool with spa and a well-stocked fishing lake are all free to use for guests staying in Aviana.

Glenbrook Resort 5 bed villa

Located along the US27 in Clermont, is this five bedroom beautifully-decorated villa on Glenbrook Resort, offering plenty of space for all the family. It also features a south-facing pool deck with spa and a great games room, and it’s only 20 minutes from Disney!

• Inside the villa - The first of the two family lounges welcomes you into the property and has sofa seating for five people. Adjoining this is a dining area which has a table and chairs for six guests. The second family lounge is at the rear of the villa, with modern decor, flatscreen TV and patio doors onto the pool deck. Overlooking this lounge is the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite worktops and a breakfast bar for three people. Next to the kitchen is a further dining table for six. The Master bedroom is on the ground floor, at the rear of the villa. This has a King-size bed, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom 2 is at the top of the stairs and also has a King-size bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. At the opposite end of the hall is Bedroom 3 which has a Queen-size bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are both Twin rooms.

• Pool deck - For sun-worshippers there is plenty of space to relax by the south-facing pool, either on the sunloungers or around the dining table to enjoy a meal out in the Florida sun, away from the parks! There is also some hedging around the pool deck, giving you extra privacy as you enjoy your pool and spa.

• Entertainment - The well-equipped, air-conditioned games room contains table tennis and table football, as well as a TV and some sofas for those eager gamers who are awaiting their turns.

• Glenbrook Resort - Glenbrook is a small community of 266 villas on the US27, just eight miles from the Disney theme parks. Resort facilities include a family swimming pool, fitness centre, clubhouse with free wi-fi, tennis court, volleyball court, pool and air hockey tables. A wide range of shops and restaurants sit conveniently close, either on the US27 or just along the US192.
