There are more than 30,000 lakes in Florida, and many of these attract a variety of fascinating creatures. So, not only will you be able to soak-up the sun on your pool deck, but it’s the perfect place to look out over the lake and spot some of the local wildlife, including cranes, frogs and lizards. You might also encounter an alligator lazing in or around the lake, but there’s no need to be alarmed! The chances of seeing one on your holiday are very slim!
