Headlining artist Ted Torres has been recognised by Elvis Presley Enterprises as the best Elvis impersonator in the world after winning the Ultimate Elvis Competition in Memphis, while Michael Jackson tribute star Danny W’s act – which of course includes the signature Moonwalk – has been seen at some of Orlando’s most popular venues, including Universal Studio’s Motown Café, and Disney’s Boardwalk Hotel.

With such a line-up of musical royalty, you’ll want to eat like a king as well! Fortunately the Rock Dinner Show has an award-winning chef on hand to create a delicious culinary experience!

Corporate Executive Chef, Russell T Booth has more than 35 years of industry experience, having worked for such prestigious groups as the Walt Disney Corporation, Hilton Hotel group, and Hard Rock International. With plenty of culinary awards under his belt, including the World Food Championship, he has designed a mouth-watering menu that is bound to prove popular with all of his diners!

Menus need to be selected when you book your tickets, and are included in the admission price.

After enjoying the Forum’s Wedge Salad, a dish that will whet your appetite, you have the choice of three main meals:

• The scallopini of chicken; a chicken breast which has a parmesan crust, in a tomato sauce with mozzarella, pecorino Romano risotto and fresh veg on the side.
• Braised short rib of beef; with truffle mashed potatoes and vegetables.
• Or the vegetarian option of the vegan pasta primavera, a pasta dish with pesto, tomatoes and grilled fresh vegetables.

If you want to upgrade your main meal for an additional cost, you can choose from a further two delicious dishes. Why not try the hand-cut beef medallions served with herb butter, truffle mashed potatoes and roast veg, or the chargrilled Norwegian salmon, served with pecorino Romano risotto and veg? After your fill of mains, make sure that you have left enough room for the indulgent pudding on the dessert menu – the 'Sweet Emotions' cupcake filled with double chocolate mousse, topped with chocolate frosting and chocolate pearls – it’s sure to be a chocoholic’s dream!

Kids (3-12 years old) in the party have a specially-catered menu – starting with bread sticks and pizza sauce followed by macaroni and meatballs in a tomato sauce, or a vegetarian option with fresh veg. For dessert the fun 'Led Zeppole' fresh vanilla doughnuts, served with cinnamon and sugar are sure to be an instant success! If they’d rather have the adult menu, then there’s no problem, just select the upgrade option when you book!
