Where is Watersong?

Watersong is in Davenport and can be found at the end of the Ronald Reagan Parkway, which is also called County Road 54, and then just less than 2 miles down the US17/92, also called S Orange Blossom Trail on the left. It is close to Providence Golf and Country Club.

How far is Watersong from Disney World, Universal and other Orlando theme parks?

Depending on the time of year you are going and, of course, the local traffic conditions, you can expect to be at Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World parks within 20-25 minutes of leaving Watersong. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove will take a few minutes longer, and Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, will take just over half an hour to reach from here. Other attractions, including Island H2o Live! and Kissimmee Old Town will take about 20-25 minutes to reach. International Drive is about half an hour away from here which is where Icon Park, Ripley’s and Wonderworks can be found, with plenty of parking close to these attractions. The I-4 Highway is easy to reach from here and this will lead you to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s award-winning beaches.

Community facilities on Watersong include a large 6,700 sq ft clubhouse with a well-equipped fitness centre, computer room, meeting rooms, TV lounge and games room. The large community pool and separate spa is heated in the winter months, and the sun terrace has plenty of sun loungers for guests to sit on and relax. If you fancy something a bit more energetic, try the outdoor activities including basketball or beach volleyball if you can gather up some willing team-mates! Younger family members are also taken care of with a fun play area that has seating for supervising adults. No matter which villa you are staying in on Watersong, you will never be more than 15 minutes' walk from the clubhouse, or 2-3 minutes away by car. How far is Watersong Resort from the airport?

Watersong is easy to reach from all major airports in the Orlando area; Orlando airport, or MCO as it’s known, is just 35-40 minutes away, with Sanford just over an hour from here. Tampa International, another popular choice for Brits to fly into, is about 70-75 minutes away along the I-4 Highway. Melbourne airport, or Melbourne Orlando International Airport, to give it its official name, is the newest airport option for Brits to fly into, offering flights from various cities throughout the UK including Birmingham, Bristol, Doncaster, Glasgow, Gatwick, Manchester and Newcastle, this airport is about 1 hour and 40 minutes away.

What are the nearest golf courses to Watersong?

Golfers are spoilt for choice when it comes to Central Florida, with over 650 golf courses to choose from, suitable for all levels of play and all budgets. The nearest course to Watersong is Providence Golf & Country Club, 3 miles from here, which is an 18 hole championship course designed by Mike Dasher. Other popular choices in the area are Oaks National, Kissimmee Gold club or the courses at Reunion designed by Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson.

Nearest shops to Watersong?

The nearest supermarket to Watersong is the Publix store at Loughman Crossing which is the junction of Ronald Reagan Parkway and Orange Blossom Trail, this is just over a mile from the resort entrance. Clothes, sporting goods and household items are all available at Posner Park, an outdoor retail development that is just 10-15 minutes away from here and with plenty of free parking. Premium Outlets, at Exit 68 on the I-4 Highway, will take less than half an hour to reach and has big name brands at bargain prices.

Nearest restaurants to Watersong?

Watersong is ideally situated for a wide selection of family restaurants in the area, taking care of all tastes, appetites and dietary requirements. ChampionsGate Village is just a few miles away along the Ronald Reagan Parkway and the bustling US192, just 20 minutes from here, has hundred of restaurants to choose from.
