Your top 5 places to eat in Orlando

We were so pleased to get a really good response to our poll. You were pretty clear on your top five eateries, and there were also a wide variety of ‘honourable mentions’ we hadn’t expected.

So top billing at over 10% of votes is Longhorn. Responses included “Longhorn Steakhouse is so yummy! Best steak I’ve ever eaten” and our favourite: “the steak is *chefs kiss*”. Lots of mention was made of the great atmosphere too. With a final mention of great value, it seems Longhorn is far and away the place to eat in Orlando.

Second in our poll came Cheesecake Factory – with nearly 8% of all votes. One responder told us the best menu option – “nachos to share for starters, steak Diane with a nice cocktail and a red velvet cheesecake for pudding” – sounds perfect to us!

Third up is Manny’s Chophouse with 5% of votes.

Fourth is Bahama Breeze with its Caribbean inspiration and cocktails – sounds like a great combination.

Number five is Golden Corral with more than one mention of the variety of foods being great for fussy kids.

Its so lovely to hear your stories – with lots of you loving the chance to return to places you enjoyed as a child; or where you took your little ones on their first trip to Orlando.

A big mention must also go out to so many of you that really love to eat out for breakfast to set you up for a great day out; it seems that’s the way to go!
