Discover SeaWorld's Enhanced Accessibility Program
SeaWorld Orlando aims to make it easier for families to enjoy the park, especially those with members who have developmental, sensory, or cognitive disabilities, including autism.
Special Access
SeaWorld offers Special Access for guests who find it difficult to tolerate long lines. This allows you to board certain rides immediately, often through a separate entrance. On busier days, you might get a return time, letting you explore the park while you wait.
To use Special Access, you’ll need to enrol in the Ride Accessibility Program (RAP), which matches your abilities with the requirements of each ride. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
How to Enrol in SeaWorld's RAP
At Guest Services (on your left after entering.), discuss your needs (e.g., avoiding lines, using a stroller as a wheelchair). No doctor’s note is required. If you qualify, you’ll get Special Access for select rides (note: this doesn’t apply to shows, events, or dining lines).
For more details, check SeaWorld Orlando's Accessibility Guide.
For questions, email SEAguestcorrespondence@SeaWorld.com or call 407-545-5550.
Using the RAP
Attractions: For smaller rides, go to the exit/entrance and tell a team member you’d like to ride. For larger rides, request a boarding time from the entrance ambassador. If no staff are present, go to the RAP location on your form.
During Your Visit: Only the guests listed on the RAP sheet (and up to five others) can board with Special Access. The guest with the disability must ride. If you get a return time, enjoy other attractions until it’s time to ride.
Managing Return Times: You can only have one return time at a time and must return within 30 minutes of your time slot. If the park is very busy, consider a Quick Queue Unlimited pass for more flexibility.
We hope this helps you plan a wonderful visit to SeaWorld!
