“Like a dream…”
When we arrived, our middle child said, “This place is like a dream!” And I have to agree with him. We stayed here in late March with our three young children and our parents (grandparents) - 7 people total - during our Disney/Universal trip. The home itself is spotless, has plenty of space and bedrooms to spread out, loads of bathrooms and every comfort and amenity you could want. It is beautifully decorated and is so well equipped. The kids especially enjoyed the themed bedrooms! We all spent lots of time in the beautiful lanai, swimming in the pool, enjoying the hot tub after long days walking in the parks, and having some drinks in the evening. The TVs were great and connected to streaming platforms without any issues. The grandparents took our toddler over to the playground on a rest day where she made some friends and enjoyed climbing and sliding. :) We couldn’t ask for anything more and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to friends and family! We hope to return someday!

Outstanding! Beautiful house! Enjoyed pool, hot tub with a private wooded backyard! Would definitely stay again with family! Bonus free miniature golf course and playground within walking distance of house!

Property was perfect for our visit to Orlando. It is great inside with plenty of space as well as having everything you could need. The pool area is particularly nice as it looks out into the woodland and so you have a great amount of privacy during the day and evening for those downtime moments between the park visits! Communication before and during our visit was really good and the location for getting to the parks is spot-on. Overall, a fantastic property - highly recommended by our entire family!

This is a very beautiful property. The amenities were ideal for our family gathering. The heated pool and spa were perfect for the good weather days. When we had to move inside the game room was great for our family competitions. The property description was very accurate and it was by far the best provisioned one we've stayed at.

We stayed here over Christmas & New Year. The villa was exceptionally well equipped & clean throughout and the pool area was fantastic, SW facing and caught the sun all day, If you wanted shade there was a comfortable covered patio furnished with plenty of seating, tables and sun beds, more than we expected. The bedrooms, bathrooms and en-suites were immaculate. This place just felt like home from home, if we get back to Orlando there is nowhere I would rather be than here.

This villa is gorgeous. It is well maintained with lovely landscaping, and the attention to details was much appreciated. The house was immaculate, TBH it was nicer than my own house lol. I also really liked that we had no neighbours behind us or on the left, so there was plenty of privacy in the pool area. I am very grateful to have found this beautiful property available for our family getaway.

Just returned from a tremendous 14 day holiday at Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee. The location is perfectly placed for all the Disney sites (15-20 mins) and only a little further for Sea world and the Universal sites. Thank you for the information provided for the villa. Not only was it spot on accurate but aided our choice of villa. The service you provided before setting off, when we sought minor nfo on holiday and checking up with us on return was faultless. We will recommend you to all our friends and certainly come back to you for a another villa when we next visit Florida. Suffice to say none of our party of 11 wanted to leave.

We're recently back from our trip to Florida and just wanted to thank you for the amazing villa. It was exactly as described on your website and was a perfect base for the Orlando part of our trip. The communication before we left was great and the info booklet was very useful. Our arrival was without a hitch because you had ensured we had all the numbers we needed. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable. We absolutely loved the pool and deck area. The welcome pack was lovely too, including English tea bags! We had everything we needed and the management company was very helpful when we had a small problem with the sliding door. It was sorted within half an hour. Thank you again, we will be recommending you to all our family and friends and would definitely book through you if we head to Orlando again.

We had a fantatsic stay in this villa, there are so many little touches that helped make the stay amazing. Every detail is though of and makes this villa better than home! This was our first trip but going forward we woudn't stay anywhere else - can't wait to be back for our next holiday!

The villa was well equipped with a lovely pool area. It was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location, close to the supermarket and restaurants, with eady access onto the I-4. We would definitely recommend the villa and will return again when we return to Florida.

Just returned to the UK after 13 nights at this villa. We're a family of 6 with our kids aged 12-17 and this villa was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, comfortable - great pool area and awesome games room. Very convenient for the parks. Nice and quiet for relaxing afterwards. We made good use of the grill on a number of the nights - lovely to eat outside by the pool.
