Highly recommend Debbie's Villas, very professional, efficient and overall excellent customer service throughout. They even call prior to your holiday to go over all the details and ensure you have everything ready to go and provide a courtesy call after to make sure there were no issues with your holiday. We booked a villa, park tickets and car package and had no issues at all. The villa was as pictured on the website and they also helped me hire a BBQ and extra sun loungers for the duration of our stay that were already delivered to the villa pre our arrival. I cannot recommend them highly enough, much better than other companies I have previously booked Orlando with, I will definitely be booking through Debbie's Villas again.

It was brilliant, we had an amazing time. Generally everything was as advertised and it was a great family holiday - we were happy with everything. The villa was fantastic - I can’t say enough nice things about it. It would have been helpful to have an information/welcome book, as there wasn’t much information about how to use the trash disposal/pool door alarms/washing machine etc. The staff at the community clubhouse were really helpful. There was a party in the property next door one night but we mentioned it to security as they were passing by and they shut it down around 10pm, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Debbie’s Villas have been great and we’re already looking to book our next holiday.

We have been home nearly a week after returning from our three week holiday in Florida. We stayed in one of your villas and also received all our park tickets from yourselves that were very good value. As you know unfortunately we had a couple of problems with the WI-FI and the safe in the villa. After contacting yourselves these issues were soon sorted out promptly. This was the first time we have used Debbie's Villas and would not hesitate to recommend or use you in the future. We all had a really good time. We had a brilliant stay in our villa. The location - Emerald Island is perfect for Disney, and so many great restaurants just a short drive away - we are missing Longhorns! We loved it that much we have booked with Debbie's Villas for 2025, although for variety to are trying a different villa in the Emerald Island resort. Emerald Island was quiet, felt very safe and was friendly. The villa was great, had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. The beds were comfy and it was very clean. Our air con stopped working one day, but the management company were very efficient in getting someone out to fix it and by the time we returned from the parks it was back on.

The villa was really nice, it was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. All in all it was perfect for us. Booking with Debbie's Villas was painless and we would definitely use them again.

The villa was outstanding very comfortable very homely everything we wanted and more. Lovely and very safe location with most attractions and shops within easy access. The pool area didn't look that large on the photo's of the property but to our delight far bigger than it looked and lovely to relax either in the pool or on the loungers. Very big thank you to all at Debbie's villas from start to finish of our booking experience was outstanding.

Just returned from 3 weeks in Davenport, Florida. We stayed in a 5 bedroomed Villa in Calabay Parc which accommodated 9 of us perfectly. This is our 10th visit to Florida and each time we have stayed in a Villa preferring the privacy and freedom they offer. Our experience is it’s always better to book the Villa independently. On the two occasions we booked through the travel company (Virgin and TUI) the villas were of very poor quality and the local agents were very slow, almost reluctant to resolve any problems. This is the first time we have used Debbie’s Villas and they would certainly be my go to agent for any future booking. The experience from start to finish was excellent. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. All our questions and queries were answered perfectly prior to travelling. The house was clean and comfortable with ample seating and sun beds/chairs for 9 of us. We encountered a couple of minor problems while away and the speed and efficiency that Debbie’s Villas and their US agents resolved these was very impressive. All the staff were excellent, but a particular thank you to Kelly. You resolved a couple of issues that weren’t really your responsibility and returned emails outside office hours. It was much appreciated and meant our family had an amazing holiday in Florida. Thank you!
“Fabulous stay…”
My family and I had a fabulous stay in our villa at Lake Berkley. We particularly liked the location of the villa it was extremely central for shopping and the Parks it also had a Super Walmart approximately a 2 minute drive away which was great for supplies. The villa was spotless and was extremely well equipped bbq, coffee maker, blender for smoothies every conceivable bowl, pots and pans and picnic item you could wish for. The beds were comfy and the linen cupboard was full of fluffy towels and some for pool use also. Pool area was great and there were lots of loungers and sun chairs and the sun was on the pool area all day. As for your company I can’t recommend you highly enough as you run an extremely professional company and kept me well informed. I would have no hesitation in booking with you again as I trust all your villas are of a good standard and would also recommend you to my friends.

We've travelled to Florida many times and usually stayed in hotels. Last June we booked a villa with Debbie's Villas and we're very impressed. Great service from start to finish. The villa itself was spotless, well equipped and a great location close to the parks and several supermarkets.
