Dirty villa located in Troon Circle multiple issues inc body fluids on bed sheets - took 3 days to move our party on a 9 day booking . Director leaves reviews / recommendations so beware - undermines true reviews for the company - very unprofessional . Debbie's Villas Response: To the Reader - we send thousands of happy customers to Orlando every year and the vast majority of bookings go very smoothly. Very occasionally things go wrong (no business is perfect), but we do all that we can to put things right as our customers are the most important thing to us. In this case, we rehoused the guests into a replacement villa which they were very happy with. In relation to the posting by Joe Cameron, he does not hide the fact that he is a director of Debbie's Villas, this is clear and transparent on his profile page and for a director to recommend the company that employs him is absolutely normal, he is understandably proud of our very good name in the industry - this was not a review, merely a recommendation (On Facebook there is no separate Recommendations page so Reviews and Recommendations sit on one page) and the comments posted back in 2019 were accurate and are still accurate to this day - we do have fantastic customer service, we are indeed ABTA Bonded, we are experienced (25 years of sending customers to Orlando) and have hundreds of honest positive reviews, all of which can be verified.

The villa was beautiful; it exceeded our expectations. We contacted the management company about needing replacement gas for the BBQ they were great and came out straight away.

We had a great holiday in this home. We found it to be roomy, accommodating, and clean. The pool was a nice perk coming home from the parks. I also found the communication with the property manager to be very responsive. 2 thumbs up!

This villa felt like home away from home. It was very clean and well taken care of. It came stocked with everything you may need and more. The complex was easy to find and getting in and out was a breeze. We had a very minor issue that came up during our stay and the management company was on top of it and got it fixed right away. I highly recommend and I am looking forward to renting again.

We had a fabulous time at this villa. We were a party of 9 with ages ranging form 1 to 57 and there was plenty of space and amenities for all. We would happily return.

Stayed here for 3 weeks - 9 guests in total across two families, plenty of room. Very clean and tidy, kids loved the extra entertainment space upstairs and the games tables in the garage, which did have air con… Pool area was great especially the separate dining and seating areas outside. Loved it.

I would just like to say how wonderful our villa was for our Florida stay! The villa was immaculate right through, plenty of towels and bedding. Welcome pack was perfect. The space was brilliant for a large family, again so clean and looked after. Pool was also lovely, cleaned whilst we were there. Lovely area and so central to where we wanted to be. It was just perfect.

After a long, dreadful travel day due to the airline IT issues it was a relief arriving here. It was nice and clean and the home definitely felt cosy. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool here in the home plus the resort amenities.

We had a great stay at this villa and the movie room was awesome! We used all 6 beds and baths with our extended family of 9. Every room was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were provided enough towels for the pool and baths. Trash was picked up daily which we appreciated. This large home is perfect for a group with a lot of room to hang out together and bedrooms for everyone. The community pool and club is close by and very nice. It was an easy drive to Disney and Universal. After registering at the gate during check-in, we could use a QR code to enter and bypass the manual process at the gate. Overall, everything was 5 Stars!
