We had a fantastic holiday here. Everything was perfect and the villa was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The mobility scooter we hired was waiting for us when we arrived. Would recommend you to everybody.

This place has definitely been the best villa we’ve ever stayed in!! We had stayed in Windsor Hills before and love it, but this place was beautiful! All my kids asked to move in, lol. We even extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave! The house has everything you need! The beds are soooo comfortable. We definitely will stay here again.

The property was perfect for our family of 9. Relaxing for grandparents, activities for kids of all ages and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The ability to do laundry and cook for the group was wonderful.

We loved the decor, it felt clean, modern and homely. The walk-in shower in the Main bedroom is lovely. All the beds were very comfy! We had great views of the golf course and it is peacefully placed within the community. The villa is well situated in terms of amenities, Walmart is very convenient. We also loved the onsite facilities including the driving range and bar at The Barn - a fun evening was had! We have stayed at Southern Dunes in the past but I'd definitely say this has been our favourite villa.

A Beautiful villa located in one of the most quiet parts of ChampionsGate on a gated community.. We loved our stay, everything was perfect. Check-in was easy and seamless , there are several restaurants, grocery stores and shops nearby the home Its is about 20 mins from Walt Disney Parks and Universal Studios. All the rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds and sheets were like new, the towels clean and smelled great. The pool was a main stay for the family every day of our stay as we had heated pool and spa. This was great to come home to after a long day at the parks. Even though neighbours are around you, the pool/patio area is very private and remains intimate with no neighbours behind you. I'll be back on a future trip. Many thanks.

Been coming to Florida every year for the last 20 years and thouroughly enjoy it. We normally stay at different villas every year but I would definitely book this villa again. The air-con stopped working but somebody came out immediately to fix it.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. The home was unbelievably clean, the movie theatre was great, and the pool was unbelievable. We will be back soon!!

Great pool, kitchen was equipped with anything you needed to cook. The villa was clean, and has plenty of room for a large family to stay. Would definitely stay here again for our next Florida family holiday.
