Perfect villa in a quite gated community for our family holiday with the grandchildren. Location was only 30 +/- miles away from Disney World, LegoLand and SeaWorld. The villa was clean and the pool was a nice touch at the end of a hot day at the parks.

The villa was in a good location, easy to get to with supermarkets and restaurants close by. The villa was as stated with lots of information about what to do and where to go. The villa had the most equipped kitchen I have been in and there was very clear do’s and don’ts laid out. The management team were easy to get a hold of when needed and the pool man was very friendly. We would go back to this villa again if it was available.

This was my family’s first time in Florida, and it was a great experience! There were 16 of us, and we spent most of our time at the villa. It had plenty of space, and we never felt on top of each other. The rooms were clean, and the villa was exactly as advertised. Absolutely a great experience—would totally book again if I ever wanted to experience Florida!

This villa was perfection. My family enjoyed EVERYTHING. The house looks just like the pictures online… actually they look better. I would give this home a 10 out of 10. We had 4 adults, two teens and two small children and had more than enough space. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa, exactly as described. Very modern, clean and tidy. Lovely spaces inside. Cinema space was super, watching movies in the evening. Netflix/ Disney+ accounts on ROKU devices in all rooms. Peaceful, gated community. We never used the clubhouse, had enough gaming and entertainment available in the Villa. I would happily stay here again.

From the time I inquired about this villa before booking all the way until after check out we were looked after. Villa was clean and as advertised. The games room definitely was a hit for our 13 year old and kept him occupied while we stayed in the house. The pool was the perfect size and clean. We had everything we needed for cooking/meal prepping. Location of property was great as well. Definitely recommend this property. Would stay here again if we visit Florida in the future.

The villa was better than expected and very well equipped. The pool area wasn’t overlooked and we saw lots of wildlife in the lake out the back - we would recommend future guests to bring binoculars. The pool was heated with a solar heater, which was very effective and the water was lovely and warm. We just wanted somewhere to relax and it was perfect for that. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

The extra few hours on the day of checkout that you suggested made such a difference. It was horrible at 13.30 getting out of the pool for the last time. We were badly let down when the villa we had booked directly with an owner was sold just a week before our holiday and the new owner didn't want to honour the booking (despite previous promises). Thankfully we found Debbie's Villas online and they were able to help. Such a massive relief knowing that if anything bad was to happen somebody like Debbie's Villas can come to the rescue. Next time we will be booking with them!
