This privately owned vacation villa is on Lake Berkley, a peaceful gated community in Kissimmee. The nicely decorated spacious home has 5 bedrooms and a private pool and spa with a gorgeous lake view to the rear. The community facilities are just 10 minutes’ walk away from here and include a clubhouse with a well-equipped gym and a TV lounge. Outside facilities include a large heated swimming pool with separate heated spa, sunbathing terrace, kiddie’s splash zone, sports courts, BBQ and picnic areas and walking and jogging trails around the lake. The fun and magic of Disney World can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 20-25 minutes’ away by car. Universal Resorts is less than half an hour away from Lake Berkley and this is where guests can take a stroll down Diagon Alley in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, make a splash in Volcano Bay water park or experience The Incredible Hulk Coaster and other white knuckle rides at Islands of Adventure. Lake Berkley is a few minutes’ drive away from the lively US192 which has hundreds of restaurant and dining options waiting to be discovered, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
This nicely decorated and furnished villa offers all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax together, away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils needed to knock up snacks and meals for everybody. The nearby high top breakfast table has seating for 6 people and is close to patio doors leading to the pool area. On the other side of the kitchen is a more formal dining table, an ideal place to gather for evening meals or fun times playing games and chatting together.
The Main bedroom, downstairs at the back of the villa, has windows overlooking the pool area, a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is also on the ground floor; it has windows overlooking the front garden and a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3, upstairs at the back, has a Queen-size bed and views of the lake behind the villa. Bedroom 4 is on the right of the villa upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and this is near the Toy Story-themed Bedroom 5 which has been furnished with Twin beds.
No games room in this villa, but guests staying here have full access to the resort facilities at the clubhouse and throughout the community, including outdoor heated pool and spa, kiddie’s splash zone, beach volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, a fishing lake, a BBQ and picnic area and walking and jogging tracks around the lake.
After spending time at the nearby theme parks you can come back to your villa for some well-deserved rest and relaxation. With a private pool, natural lake view, a spa to help ease any tired muscles and a covered dining area, this is the perfect spot to make long-lasting memories with your family.
Lake Berkley, a highly recommended, gated Kissimmee community, close to Disney World, was completed in 2002. Our rental villas here range in size from 3 to 6 bedrooms and many have a south or west-facing private pool and spa, games rooms and beautiful lake views. Orlando’s major tourist attractions, including Disney World and Universal Resorts, can be reached within 15 - 30 minutes. Shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses can be found much closer.
