The open-plan layout downstairs includes a kitchen area on the right, equipped with all the appliances, utensils and gadgets to satisfy all culinary requirements. The breakfast bar has seating for 4 people and is a great place to sit and relax with a morning coffee or late-night glass of wine. A dining table between the kitchen and windows overlooking the west-facing pool area is the ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The family lounge is on the right of the villa and has a comfy corner sofa, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out to the west-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out with ease.
The Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the living areas if required. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the front and has a Queen-size bed, this is next to Bedroom 4, a Twin-bedded room. Bedroom 5 is at the back of the villa upstairs and has been furnished with 2 sets of Bunk beds, ideal for 3 or 4 siblings or friends experiencing a fun holiday together, this room has its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV, making early nights even more relaxing and enjoyable.
The games room will be a fun place to go in the evenings to make memories that last a lifetime as you challenge each other to games of pool or air hockey. Extra activities in here include a shuffleboard game, an arcade game for Pacman fans and a poker table.
