The Main bedroom, located to the left of the front door, features a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with convenient access from the pool deck. Bedroom 2, situated at the back of the villa on the right, has a Queen-size bed and is near Bedroom 3, which has Twin beds and is decorated in a style to appeal to all. Bedroom 4, positioned at the front of the villa, is furnished with Bunk beds. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and a flatscreen TV.
While this villa does not include a games room, guests can take full advantage of the community facilities, which feature outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and children’s play areas equipped with swings and slides.

Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here. Many of our private villas to rent on Southern Dunes have a games room and south or west-facing pool decks looking out over the golf course or conservation land. Community facilities include a bar and restaurant, swimming pools, tennis courts, kid's play area, lake and 24hr manned security.
