Magic Kingdom and the other Disney parks can be reached in 25-30 minutes from Solana, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about a 30-35 minute drive away. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and other attractions at Universal Resorts are 35-40 minutes away along the I-4 Highway. You will probably be travelling along the US192 most days, so keep an eye out on the next restaurant you want to try, you have hundreds to choose from suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites.
The open-plan living accommodation is perfect for those that want to escape the challenges of everyday living and recharge their batteries on holiday to the Sunshine state. At the front of the villa is a quiet lounge area with seating for 6 people, a great place to sit and read your favourite book or for members of your family to sit and chat about the exciting day they have just had. The second lounge area is at the rear of the villa and has comfy seating surrounding a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Doors leading to the south-facing pool deck allow you to wander in and out as you please and keep an eye out on the kids splashing around in the pool. The well-equipped kitchen has all the mod-cons and utensils you might need to cook up some tasty treats for everyone, while the breakfast bar is an ideal place to sit and grab a snack at any time of the day. There are 2 dining tables in the villa so adults can sit apart from the children if that is what they want to do, and either one of them can be turned into ‘board game central’ in the evening for more family fun.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the villa at the back and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. All other bedrooms are to the left of the lounge, including Bedroom 2 which has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are Twin-bedded rooms and have been decorated and furnished in a style to suit any guest. For added guest comfort and convenience, each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV.
The community facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool, separate hot tub, Tiki bar, well-equipped gym, beach volleyball court, BBQ and picnic area, kiddie’s play area and mini golf. These facilities can be used by you and your family during your stay and are at the clubhouse, 2 minutes’ walk from your villa.
The south-facing outside area with loungers and dining table means that you can make the most of the glorious Florida temperatures before jumping into the pool to cool off! The spa is a great place to sit and relax after a tiring day on your feet at the parks.
The popular Davenport community of Solana, with 24hour manned security at the entrance, is on the US27, close to Disney World, Universal and Orlando’s top theme parks.
