The villa is on Windsor Hills in Kissimmee, a stunning luxury gated resort which has a huge variety of on-site facilities for guests to use during their stay, including a heated lagoon-style swimming pool, water park, cinema, modern gym, games room, play area, Tiki bar and sports courts. With all this just a 10 minute walk from your villa, you might forget that you are within a 15 minute car journey from the Disney parks, or under 25 minutes away from SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Windsor Hills is situated near the US192 which is a popular place to spend time with the family due to its tempting array of shops, bars and restaurants that cater to all tastes and budgets.
The family lounge is at the back of the villa with seating for 6 guests around a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out onto the sunny west-facing pool deck. The kitchen has been equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you might need to prepare some fantastic meals for your family and includes a small dining table overlooking the front garden. A larger dining table sits close by and this is a great place to come together to enjoy evenings of playing board games.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa, to the right of the lounge and has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the opposite side of the lounge from the Main bedroom and has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are next to each other upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 4 has Twin beds and has been decorated in a Frozen theme and has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is back downstairs, near the front of the villa, it has been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a Harry Potter theme, it also has an en-suite bathroom that is shared with the main house. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, every bedroom has a flatscreen TV.
For those who enjoy friendly competition, there is a well-equipped games room where you can play as much pool, table football, air hockey, table tennis and basketball as you wish! Spectators can cheer from the side-lines on the seating provided, or watch the wall-mounted flatscreen TV located in the Pac-Man mural. The community clubhouse is about 10 minutes walk from the villa and guests staying on Windsor Hills have full access to all resort facilities, including the lagoon-style heated swimming pool, kiddies water park, cinema, fitness centre, games room, Tiki bar and outdoor tennis, volleyball and basketball courts.
After a busy day experiencing the rollercoasters and theme park rides, come back home to your villa. Everybody will appreciate the refreshing west-facing private pool and your weary leg muscles can be eased in the relaxing spa.
