This beautiful 6 bedroom villa is on the gated Davenport community of Solana on the US27, midway between the I-4 Highway and the popular US192. The villa offers a well-equipped games room with fitness machines, a large south-facing outside area with private pool and spa, 4 en-suite bedrooms, 3 of which have King-size beds and 2 separate lounge areas giving everybody the space to relax and enjoy their time in Orlando. The clubhouse is a 5 minute walk from your villa and the community facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool, separate hot tub, Tiki bar, games arcade, gym, sports courts and mini golf. The US192 is a few miles north of the community and has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways for you to choose from, enough to satisfy all dietary concerns, budgets and taste buds. Thrill-seekers looking to enjoy fun times at the theme parks can be at Universal Resorts, including Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is about 35-40 minutes and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove in about 30-35 minutes. Even closer is Disney World, including Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom and this can be reached in less than half an hour.
The open-plan accommodation includes two lounge areas, one at the front of the villa with a large comfy corner sofa and windows overlooking the front garden. This is a great place to sit and relax with a good book or other family members, chatting about the adventures you have just shared. At the rear of the villa is another lounge area, this one has windows overlooking the pool deck, a large comfy sofa and a flatscreen TV, perfect for movie nights together. Next to this rear lounge is the modern kitchen, with all the appliances, equipment and utensils you are likely to need if you choose to go for the self-catering option rather than eating out at the local restaurants. A breakfast bar here has 3 stools and is a perfect place to sit and enjoy snacks, drinks and chats throughout the day. A dining table between the kitchen and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck is an ideal place to start each morning with tea and toast as you work out the activities of the day ahead. Close to the front lounge area is a larger dining table, this one has 6 seats, and is a great place for meals and evenings playing board games or cards together.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is adjacent to the rear lounge and has windows overlooking the pool deck, a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom and is at the front of the villa upstairs. Bedroom 3 also has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 4 has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5, at the back of the villa upstairs, has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the landing. Bedroom 6 is nearby and also has Twin beds, both of these Twin-bedded rooms are decorated and furnished in a style that is suitable for guests of all ages and genders.
The games room has been equipped with a pool table and an air hockey table that quickly converts into table tennis. Some gym machines will help you maintain your fitness regime if you are worried about the extra calories you will no doubt be consuming! Further activities are available at the clubhouse, a 5 minute walk from here. These community facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool, separate hot tub, games arcade, well-equipped gym, volleyball court and picnic area.
After long and exhausting days at the theme parks, come back home and relax on the extended south-facing pool deck which has privacy fencing to the rear, a private pool and relaxing spa to ease any aching leg muscles. When the sun gets too hot move to the undercover dining area and enjoy a cold drink as you continue to watch over the kids splashing around having fun.
