The bustling US192 is a couple of miles away and has hundreds of restaurant options for you to experience, satisfying all taste buds, appetites and dietary requirements. This comfortable home from home will allow you and your loved ones the chance to escape the normal everyday hustle and bustle and recharge your batteries in the Sunshine state. The open-plan accommodation includes a centrally placed kitchen, equipped with all the gadgets and appliances you are likely to need. The breakfast bar is a sociable place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and chat, or sit at the breakfast table overlooking the pool deck to make plans for the day ahead. On the other side of the kitchen is a high-top dining table with 6 chairs, a great place for mealtimes or evening fun playing games. The first lounge area has comfy seats, flatscreen TV and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck. The main family lounge is at the rear of the villa and has lots of natural light, comfy seating, flatscreen TV and more doors leading to the pool area. If viewing preferences differ, or you want some quiet time with your favourite novel, there is a third lounge area upstairs with a sofa and another flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is downstairs by the first lounge area and has a King-size bed, door to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is back downstairs; it has a Queen-size bed and is next to a family bathroom. Bedroom 4 is a Twin-bedded room upstairs, decorated in a Disney Princess theme, it has direct access to a bathroom that has a door leading to it from the landing to be used by guests staying in the other bedrooms. Bedroom 5 is a Toy Story-themed room with Twin beds and Bedroom 6 is a Twin-bedded room with a Harry Potter theme.
Make some long-lasting holiday memories together in the games room as you shoot a few hoops on the basketball game or challenge each other to games of pool or table football. The community facilities, 6 minutes’ walk from your villa, include a games room, a gym, kiddies play area and outdoor tennis and beach volleyball courts.

The small, peaceful, gated community of Tuscan Hills is on the US27 in Davenport and is close to Disney World, Universal and all other Orlando attractions and theme parks.
