The US192 is a few miles north of Hampton Lakes and has a wide selection of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, satisfying all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements. Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes from here, or head to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove which will only take 30-35 minutes to reach by car. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park is about the same distance away, travelling via the I-4 Highway that also leads to Daytona, Kennedey Space Center and Busch Gardens.
This nicely presented villa offers all the comforts of home so that everybody gets the chance to relax and enjoy their time here in Florida. The open-plan layout includes a spacious kitchen at the heart of everything downstairs, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils needed for a self-catering holiday. The breakfast bar area has seating for 6 people in total, a perfect place to gather as you start planning the activities of the day ahead. A dining table is at the front of the villa with windows overlooking the garden, a great setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The lounge area is at the back of the villa and has lots of natural light flowing in from the patio doors leading to the south-facing pool deck and has been furnished with comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is downstairs to the right of the lounge and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, downstairs at the front of the villa, has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway if required. Bedroom 4 is at the top of the stairs and is an American sports-inspired room furnished with Bunk beds and a Single bed. Bedroom 5 is adjacent to this room and is a Princess-themed Twin-bedded room. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means that everybody gets the chance to drift off to sleep at night watching their chosen programme.
The air-conditioned games room is at the front of the villa and has a TV and a pool table, seating has also been provided which means that this room can also double up as a second lounge area. The community facilities are a couple of minutes’ walk away from your villa and include sports courts and play areas with swings and slides.
The south-facing outside area has privacy fencing on all sides so your are not overlooked by neighbouring properties as you splash around in your own private pool or enjoy a soak in the relaxing spa before settling down for snacks and drinks at the table as you start making plans for your next Orlando villa holiday.
