The fun and excitement of Disney World theme parks can be reached in just 15-20 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove less than half an hour away by car. Universal Resorts, home to Volcano Bay water park, Islands of Adventure and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter can be reached in as little as 30-35 minutes via the I-4 Highway. It is this road, running east to west across the state, that will also take you effortlessly to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s award-winning beaches. Restaurant options in the area will cater for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements, with the nearest selection being found along the US192, a mile or so north of Tuscan Hills.

The open-plan lounge area has comfy seating for everybody, doors leading to the west-facing pool and spa area and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The Main bedroom is just off the kitchen and dining area and is a Disney Villain-themed room with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and is a fantastic Harry Potter-themed room with a Queen-size bed, this is close to Bedroom 3, a Frozen-inspired room with Twin beds. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs, making early nights even more relaxing after a busy day.
Guests staying on Tuscan Hills are able to enjoy the community facilities at the clubhouse, a couple of minutes’ walk away from here, including the tennis and beach volleyball courts, the games room and the well-equipped gym.
After exciting times on rides and roller-coasters, or spending all your money at the shopping malls, return home to your villa to recharge your batteries. The west-facing outside area has a privacy hedges and walls to all sides, a swimming pool, a relaxing spa to ease any tired muscles and an outside seating area so you can start planning your next Florida villa holiday.
The small, peaceful, gated community of Tuscan Hills is on the US27 in Davenport and is close to Disney World, Universal and all other Orlando attractions and theme parks.
