This nicely decorated and modern villa has all the comforts of home that you would want for your family. To the back of the villa on the right-hand side is the naturally lit lounge area with comfy sofas, patio doors to the sunny pool deck and a large flatscreen TV. To the left of the family lounge area is the open-plan kitchen with all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need to prepare some tasty meals. The breakfast bar here is a great spot to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks with a loved one. The dining table, between the kitchen and doors leading to the pool deck, is perfect for mealtimes and evening fun playing board games together.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa, just off the family lounge area and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs on the right and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is downstairs at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom which also has a door opening on to the hallway. Bedroom 4 is upstairs next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds, this shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 5 which is a Twin-bedded room decorated in a fun Disney theme. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs, making late mornings and early nights even more enjoyable.
The nicely decorated games room is located to the right of the stairs on the ground floor and has a pool table and a flatscreen TV. Perfect for the family competitions and memory making fun for everyone. Watersong also has some amazing resort facilities for you to enjoy, these are at the clubhouse just 8 minutes’ walk from here and include a heated swimming pool, spa, gym, TV lounge, play area and outdoor sports courts.
The large pool deck has views of conservation and woodland to the rear as well as a private pool and relaxing spa. A complimentary gas BBQ grill is supplied so that you enjoy a Floridian lifestyle and not have to venture out to restaurants every evening, giving you more time to top up your tan on the sun loungers, or relax with a good book and a cold drink at the outdoor dining table. A pool deck cloakroom means there will be no need for those mad dashes through the house with wet feet!
