Disney theme parks can be reached in as little as 10 minutes, meaning that you can spend all day the parks, nip home for dinner and then still head back to see the Disney firework show in the evening. SeaWorld and Discovery Cover are just 15-20 minutes away and Universal and is less than a 30 minute drive from here. The US192 is just a couple of minutes’ drive away and this is where you can discover hundreds of family restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The resort facilities, just a 5 minute walk from the villa, include a heated lagoon-style outdoor swimming pool, water park, Tiki bar, sports courts, BBQ and picnic area, play area, cinema, well-equipped gym, games room and lounge area.
Immediately inside the front door is the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast dining table seating 6 people. Adjacent to the kitchen is another dining table for 8 guests, a great place to sit and enjoy an evening of board games once the dishes have been cleared away. Continuing through the villa, to the left-hand side is the family lounge with a comfy sofa and loveseat, large patio doors to the pool deck and a flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is downstairs to the left of the family lounge and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is opposite the Main bedroom and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the dining table and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs to the left of the landing and is a Buzz Lightyear-themed bedroom with two sets of Bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is to the right of the landing and is a fun Disney themed-bedroom with Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have their own wall-mounted flatscreen TVs, so everybody gets the chance to watch what they want to on television.
The beautifully decorated, air-conditioned games room is located just inside the front door and has an air hockey table, arcade game, a projector and large screen and cinema-style seating for 8 people plus an additional 4 stools at the back. Extra facilities can be found just 5 minutes’ walk away at the community clubhouse, including a lagoon-style heated swimming pool, water park, play area for small children, Tiki bar, sports courts, BBQ and picnic area, cinema, modern gym, games room and lounge area.
Return back home after a day at the theme parks and relax on the pool deck, enjoying the conservation view to the rear of the villa. The whole family will enjoy the refreshing pool, especially on a very hot day, and the spa will ease any tired muscles. With plenty of space and seating options, this is a great place to make some happy holiday memories together.
Windsor Hills is a highly recommended gated Kissimmee resort, and one of the closest communities to Disney World. With Orlando’s other theme parks Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, all within an easy driving distance. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are within a 2 mile drive of here on the US192.
