Situated close to the world famous US192, offering hundreds of different dining and shopping experiences, is this spacious, well-presented 6 bedroom privately owned rental villa on the luxury gated resort of Windsor Hills in Kissimmee. The villa has a large west-facing deck containing a private pool and relaxing spa, a pool deck TV, a gorgeous lake view and enough sun loungers for everybody to top up their tan at the same time. Guests staying here are able to make use of the full range of amazing resort facilities, a 2-3 minute drive from this villa through the community, or 15 minutes if you prefer a stroll through the neighbourhood. Theme park fans can be at Disney World in less than 15 minutes after leaving the community, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove in about 15-20 minutes and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park in less than half an hour. The I-4 Highway is a few miles away, leading you to Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and Florida’s white sandy beaches in a little over an hour.
Just inside the front door is the formal dining area with enough seats for everybody to be able to dine together at the same time. Continuing through the villa to the open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and pots and pans you might need and a breakfast bar for 2 people. Close to the kitchen, and next to doors leading out to the pool deck, is a small dining table with 4 chairs, a great place to enjoy tea and toast first thing in the morning. Adjacent to this is the family lounge, filled with lots of natural light coming from the windows overlooking the pool deck. The lounge has comfy sofas and a flatscreen TV, perfect for cosy movie nights together.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the far right of the landing upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom downstairs, it is close to the family lounge and has a Queen-size bed and is next to the downstairs family bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs next to the Main bedroom and has a Queen-size bed, Bedrooms 5 and 6 are to the right of the landing and each contain Twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TV so if you want to watch something different from the rest of the family you can retire to your room and relax.
If you are looking for something different to do, then head to the clubhouse, a 2-3 minute drive from here, or 15 minutes stroll through the community streets, and make use of the facilities on offer which include a heated swimming pool and water park, putting green, modern gym, sports courts, cinema and TV lounge.
The west-facing pool deck is a great place to come back home to after a busy day at the parks. Everybody will be able to enjoy the refreshing pool and all aching leg muscles can be eased in the spa. With lots of seating available, in and out of the sun, plenty of sun loungers, a pool deck TV and beautiful lake views to the rear, this is a great place for everybody to make long-lasting holiday memories together.
Windsor Hills is a highly recommended gated Kissimmee resort, and one of the closest communities to Disney World. With Orlando’s other theme parks Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, all within an easy driving distance. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are within a 2 mile drive of here on the US192.
