This nicely decorated and spacious villa will give you and your family every chance to relax together away from the chaos of your normal everyday lives. The open-plan layout includes a centrally placed kitchen area, perfect for self-catering holidays, with modern appliances and all the gadgets and utensils you are likely to need. The breakfast bar is a convenient place to sit and work out your plans for the day ahead as you enjoy a cup of morning coffee. The nearby dining table, close to doors leading to the west-facing pool area, has seating for 10 people around a square table, a perfect setting for mealtimes or for fun evenings playing games and chatting. The Main bedroom is on the ground floor at the back and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with a door leading out to the pool deck. Bedroom 2, also on the ground floor but to the right of the front door, has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway if required. All other bedrooms are upstairs, Bedroom 3 is at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 7, a Marvel-themed room with custom made Bunk beds. Bedroom 4 is also upstairs at the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with the Princess-themed Bedroom 8, again furnished with a set of custom-made Bunk beds. Bedroom 5 is at the front and has a King-size bed, this room is close to Bedroom 6 at the top of the stairs which is furnished with 2 Queen-size beds. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means that everybody gets the chance to watch their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep after a busy day.
Everybody can make use of the games room here in the villa, it has its own air-conditioning unit to help keep players and spectators cool, no matter how heated the competition gets and has been equipped with air hockey, basketball and a games console in front of a TV. The upstairs area in the house has a pool table, wall-mounted TV and plenty of seating for players taking a quick break.
