The I-4 Highway is easy to reach from here and this leads directly to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and some of Florida’s finest sandy beaches.
If you want a luxury home from home where you and your family can immediately relax then this is the one for you. The spacious open-plan layout of the downstairs area includes a modern kitchen, equipped with the appliances, utensils and gadgets to satisfy all culinary requirements. The breakfast bar seats 4 people and is the perfect place for drinks and nibbles throughout the day. Nearby is a large dining table with seating for 12 people at a time, an ideal spot for meals or evening fun playing games and chatting. The downstairs lounge, with patio doors to the sunny pool deck, has 3 comfy sofas in front of a large flatscreen TV, a great place for cosy movie nights together. At the top of the stairs is a second lounge area with a comfy corner sofa, flatscreen TV and a table football game.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is at the front of the villa with windows overlooking the garden and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the front and has a King-size bed, this room shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 4 which also has a King-size bed. Two other bedrooms sharing an en-suite bathroom are Bedrooms 5 and 6, each of these have been furnished with King-size beds. Bedroom 7 is across the landing and has a King-size bed and shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 8 which has 2 sets of custom-made Bunk beds and has been decorated in a fun Jungle theme. Bedroom 9 is nearby, it is a Toy Story-themed bedroom, again with 2 sets of custom-made Bunk beds and suitable for younger family members.
The air-conditioned games room will be where many long-lasting holiday memories are made, it has some fun artwork on the walls and been equipped with 2 games consoles, air hockey table and a selection of fun arcade-style machines, as well as a table tennis table that was once positioned outside on the pool deck. Additional games in the villa include a table football game in the upstairs lounge, a pool table next to the dining area downstairs and table tennis on the pool deck. The resort facilities, an 8 minute walk from here, are available for guests to use and include a heated swimming pool, surf simulator, 24 hour gym, games room, sports courts and kiddies play area.
Enjoy spending time in the sunshine in and around the private pool or relaxing in the spa after a long day at the parks. With plenty of seating options on the pool deck, the whole family can spend many happy hours outside, soaking up the glorious sunshine and making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.
