The community facilities are a couple of minutes’ walk from here and include an outdoor swimming pool and a fenced in children’s play area with swings and slides. Cagan Crossing is a few minutes’ drive away from here and has a large Walmart store and selection of family restaurants to choose from. Alternatively, head to either the US192, a few miles south of here, or north towards Clermont, for a wider selection of dining options, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements. The fun and excitement of Disney World is only 20-25 minutes away from here or, if you want to watch a show at SeaWorld or swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove, you should allow 30-35 minutes for your journey. Guests eager to stroll down Diagon Alley in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, to experience the exhilarating rollercoasters at Islands of Adventure or to make a splash at Volcano Bay water park can be at Universal Resorts in as little as 35-40 minutes.
This spacious, nicely furnished and decorated villa offers you and your family the chance to relax together away from the stresses and strains of normal everyday living. The open-plan layout includes a dining area just inside the front door with seating for 6 people around a table and a separate sofa close to windows overlooking the front garden. The main family lounge is at the back of the villa and has a large sectional sofa, windows overlooking the west-facing pool deck and a flatscreen TV. The modern kitchen is adjacent to the lounge and has granite worktops and all the appliances and utensils needed to fulfil any culinary task. The breakfast bar, with seating for 2 people is an ideal place for bagels and morning coffee as you start making plans for the day ahead.
All bedrooms are upstairs in this villa, the spacious Main bedroom is at the back and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and is at the front of the villa upstairs. At the back of the villa are Bedrooms 3 and 4, each of these have been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that would appeal to guests of all ages and genders. With a flatscreen TV in each bedroom, everybody gets the chance to drift off to sleep at night watching their programme of choice.
No games room in this villa but guests staying here on Sunrise Lakes are able to use the community facilities which include an outdoor swimming pool and fenced in children’s play area with swings and slides.
