Harry Potter fans eager to travel on Hogwarts Express or stroll along Diagon Alley can be at Universal Resorts in as little as 20-25 minutes. The US192 has a wide range of restaurants to choose from, offering everything from salads to steaks, burgers to burritos and pasta to pancakes, and this is just a couple of minutes away from here. The I-4 Highway is easy to reach from Indian Ridge Oaks and can lead you to Premium Outlets, award-winning beaches, Kennedy Space Center and Busch Gardens relatively easily. The villa features include an air-conditioned home cinema room with comfy seating and a table football game, themed bedrooms with lots of memorabilia, a west-facing private pool with no overlooking neighbours and a standalone hot tub. The community swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area are just a few minutes from your villa and guest are able to access these facilities during their stay here.

The family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, welcomes you into the property and has a modern corner sofa for 5 people and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The open-plan kitchen, with black appliances and granite worktops, is to the left of the lounge and has all the gadgets and equipment you might need, as well as a convenient breakfast bar for 2 people. A table and chairs to seat a further 4 guests is inside the kitchen. The main dining table has 6 chairs and is close to patio doors leading directly to the west-facing pool deck.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa, it has a stunning round King-size bed as well as a window overlooking the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom with a door to the pool area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have Queen-size beds and they are at the front of the villa, Bedroom 2 has a Marilyn Monroe theme and Bedroom 3 has an Elvis Presley theme. The Star Wars-themed Bedroom 4 is next to the Main bedroom and has been furnished with Twin beds. With a flatscreen TV in every bedroom, all guests can watch their choice of programme as they relax at the end of each busy day.
There is an air-conditioned home cinema room with seating, which is ideal for any film fanatic! In here there is also a table football game for when you may want a break from watching the DVDs on the large flatscreen TV. The community swimming pool, tennis court and play area for small children are all just a few minutes away and guests have full access to these facilities during their stay.
The west-facing pool deck has views of conservation to the rear and privacy to both sides. There is also a standalone hot tub to help ease any aching muscles after a day at the parks and an outside dining area where you and your family can enjoy meals or drinks together. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck.
Indian Ridge Oaks in Kissimmee is very close to Disney World and the shops and restaurant offerings of the popular US192. With a range of private rental villas, many with games rooms, south or west-facing secluded pool decks and games rooms to keep the kids amused, this is a great community to choose for your family holiday.
