Disney theme parks, including Magic Kingdom and Epcot can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 30-35 minutes away by car. Universal Resorts, home to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, is approximately 35-40 minutes away via the I-4 Highway. Restaurant options for all tastes and dietary requirements can be found along the US192, a couple of miles north of Legacy Park along the US192 and Berry Town Center, a mile south of the community, has a Publix supermarket and range of restaurants and bars to choose from.

The modern kitchen area is on the left of the villa and has all the necessary equipment and utensils to satisfy all culinary requirements as well as a convenient breakfast bar with seating for 2 people. Behind the kitchen, and close to windows overlooking the pool deck, is a family dining table, large enough for all the family to gather and enjoy a special occasion meal together or a fun evening playing games and chatting. The family lounge has comfy seating, patio doors leading to the south-facing pool deck and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is at the right of the villa and has patio doors leading to the pool area, a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the front door and has windows overlooking the garden, a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, on the right of the villa, has a Queen-size bed and a Single bed, this is close to Bedroom 4, a Mickey mouse-themed room with Twin beds. All bedrooms in this villa have a flatscreen TV so if guests want to have an early night they can still watch their favourite programme as they relax after a busy day.
Make memorable moments that last a lifetime as you enjoy games of table tennis or table football in the games room. The community tennis court is close to the entrance gates of Highgate Park so grab your racket and head over there if you fancy a game or two.

It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions.
