Situated on the gated community of Solana on the US27 in Davenport is this privately owned vacation villa with 4 bedrooms, a pool table in the games room and an outside area with covered dining space and a private pool. The community facilities are 5 minutes’ walk away at the clubhouse and include a heated swimming pool, separate spa, sunbathing terrace with loungers and cabanas, licenced Tiki bar, sports courts, play areas and a clubhouse with a well-equipped gym, games arcade and regular organised activities. The fun and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 30-35 minutes’ drive away. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, will take 35-40 minutes to reach by car. The lively US192, a few miles north of Solana, is where you can discover hundreds of restaurants, serving everything from burgers to burritos, steaks to seafood and pizza to pancake.
This vacation villa offers all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax together away from the stresses and strains of normal everyday living. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances and gadgets required for a self-catering holiday and the nearby dining table is a great place to sit and enjoy mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. At the front of the villa is another high-top dining table, the perfect setting for morning coffee as you start working out your plans for the day ahead. The family lounge is at the rear of the villa and has doors leading to the sunny pool area, comfy seating and a flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the left and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a door leading directly to the pool deck. Bedroom 2, at the front of the villa, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is next to the Main bedroom and has been furnished with Twin beds, this room is close to Bedroom 4, another Twin-bedded room, decorated in a style that is suitable for everybody. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means that all guests have the chance to enjoy an early night and yet still be able to watch their favourite TV programme.
The games room has been equipped with a pool table so everybody gets the chance to show off their potting skills or to rehearse their trick shots before taking on other family members in a friendly competition. The community facilittes are available for all guests staying on Solana and can be found at the clubhouse, a 5 minute walk away from here, and include a well-equipped gym, a games room, TV lounge, heated outdoor pool with spa, loungers and cabanas, a children’s play area, BBQ and picnic site, mini golf and a beach volleyball court.
The outside area can be accessed from the family lounge as well as from a single door in the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom. The private pool will give you and your family the opportunity to make happy memories together as you splash around in the water or relax around the table enjoying a cold drink.
The popular Davenport community of Solana, with 24hour manned security at the entrance, is on the US27, close to Disney World, Universal and Orlando’s top theme parks.
