Watersong in Davenport is a beautiful gated community with a whole host of fantastic resort facilities. It also has a luxury feel, with its charming gatehouse, fountains and palm trees at the entrance of the community. The clubhouse is centrally-located, so no matter where you are staying here, you will never be more that 15 minutes walk away from it.

Within the large clubhouse is a gym, computer room, TV lounge and games room. Just outside is the community pool with spa and plenty of sun loungers. A comfortable covered seating area is found at the edge of the pool area, the ideal spot for having some lunch away from the Florida heat. If you fancy something a bit more energetic, try your hand at basketball or volleyball if you can gather up some willing team-mates!

The community also has a children’s play area next to the community pool, with some seating that overlooks a lake; the perfect place for the adults to relax and enjoy the views whilst the kids have fun.

What’s Nearby to Watersong?

The community of Watersong is in a great location with restaurants, shops, supermarkets and golf courses all reachable within a few minutes. Located on the US17, just off of the Ronald Reagan Parkway, it offers easy access to the I-4 leading to Florida’s top theme parks and attractions.

Disney World is only a 20 minute drive away and Universal is 30 minutes away. Attractions on International Drive, including Fun Spot America, Wonderworks and ICON Park can be reached in about 30 - 35 Minutes too.

Watersong is a great base to plan all those days out exploring Orlando and beyond. Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center are just over an hour away on the I-4 highway. After a long day out, this community is a lovely place to unwind, ready for the next day of adventures.

For your villa essentials, there is a Publix store just over a mile away on the corner of Ronald Reagan Parkway. If you’re wanting to go out for a bite to eat nearby, ChampionsGate Village is situated about 10 - 15 minutes away and offers a range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There are also a number of take-away and fast food options within a mile or so of Watersong at the Publix plaza.

For those wanting to get the golf clubs out on holiday, Watersong is conveniently close to Providence Golf & Country Club and is also just a few miles away from Oaks National and Kissimmee Golf Club.
