Villas on Ronald Reagan Parkway
When returning to Orlando for a holiday, guests often like to stay near a location that they are familiar with, and the area around the Ronald Reagan Parkway certainly provides lots of options.
This popular road, also known as County Road 54 or Loughman Road runs between the US27 and the US17-92, with ChampionsGate Village positioned halfway along the 6 mile road.
The US192 and the I-4 Highway are easily accessible from the Ronald Reagan Parkway, giving you good access to all the popular theme parks, including Disney World, Universal Resorts and SeaWorld, as well as Daytona to the east and Tampa to the west. Shops, golf courses and all other reasons you chose Orlando as your holiday destination can all be reached easily from developments along Ronald Reagan Parkway, no matter which community you choose.
Travelling from the US27 in an easterly direction are the following communities:
Bella Toscana: A small peaceful community with generous size, privately owned villas. A children’s playground and BBQ area help make this a great community for families.
West Haven: A highly recommended development divided up into a number of smaller gated sub-communities including Sanctuary, The Abbey, The Dales, The Hamlet, The Manor and The Shire, each of them popular with guests who return here year after year. All villas here have a private pool and many of them have a relaxing spa, games room and a south-or west-facing scenic view at the rear. Guests have access to a variety of community facilities including swimming pools, gym and sports courts depending on which part of West Haven the villa is situated.
The Enclaves at Festival: A 200 acre development set in woodlands and surrounded by lakes. Guests staying in one of these town homes will have access to all resort facilities including the heated swimming pool surrounded by cabanas, a fully-equipped gym, kid’s water park, sports courts, arcade, restaurant, bar and ice-cream parlour.
The turning for ChampionsGate Village comes next, with its wide selection of family friendly restaurants, sports bars, take-aways and a Publix supermarket. The Ronald Reagan Parkway then crosses over the I-4 Highway before continuing with:
Champions Reserve: A residential development of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
Loma Linda: A community of individual 4 and 5 bedroom villas, mainly residential but with some rental properties available. The villas are generally set in small cul-de-sacs and spaced far apart to offer privacy. There is a communal play park for small children.
Briargrove: A well-established, mainly residential community with natural woodland views from the pool decks of each villa.
Solterra: Although it is not strictly on the Ronald Reagan Parkway, its position down Pine Tree Trail is close enough to count. This modern resort community has excellent facilities including a heated swimming pool, lazy river and a modern gym, and offers a selection of 4 and 5 bedroom town homes and individual villas from 4 bedrooms all the way up to massive 11 bedroom rental villas. Many of the modern villas on Solterra have a private pool, relaxing spa, south or west-facing views and luxury furniture packages.
Sunridge Woods: A peaceful community surrounded by conservation and natural lakes, with the tree-lined streets making a perfect community for a morning jog.
Robbins Rest: A tiny development of a few individual properties overlooking a lake.
Grand Reserve: A gated community with villas benefitting from having natural lake and conservation views offering guests the chance to spot some of Orlando’s wonderful wildlife.
