We had an absolutely fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The only downside was the weather, but that didn’t dampen our spirits. We didn’t need to contact the management company at all, as everything went smoothly, but it was reassuring that they were there if we needed them. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. We made the most of our trip by visiting all the parks and enjoying meals delivered to the villa after a long day. Upon departure, we took the time to help the management company by stripping the beds and even doing all our laundry before heading home.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. The property was well-maintained, and the pool was great, especially with the added pool heat. We had no major issues throughout our stay, although we did notice that the door was a bit stiff when we arrived. Thankfully, it wasn’t a big problem. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend the villa to others.

Our holiday was truly amazing, and everything was organised in a highly professional manner. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. The villa was in an excellent location, just as advertised, and very close to the parks, which was ideal. The facilities within the villa were fantastic and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Regarding the pool, it initially seemed a bit cool, but after reaching out to the contact number provided, the issue was resolved. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and we appreciated the prompt attention to the issues raised.

My husband and I wanted to say thank you to the staff who assisted us on our holiday in Florida. We had such a wonderful time overall. The villa was amazing, extremely well equipped and we lacked for nothing which was so helpful after a long journey from Cornwall. The owners are very lucky to have such a beautiful home. The area was also great being well located near shops, supermarkets and Medieval Times. We had a couple of issues at the villa including a minor issue with the cooker. The pool pump shorted out due to what the repairman thought was heavy rainfall. Both issues were reported and fixed very quickly. The car we hired was fantastic and so convenient to be able to book the whole holiday in one place. One of the other things I loved was how much info was provided by Debbie’s Villas. Very nice touch having the booklet. Definitely useful if you’ve never travelled to Florida. The Bella Vida staff were all courteous and friendly. They warned us at the entrance not to park on the road or to use the visitors car park and we listened to them. The driveways were large enough that there was no reason to park elsewhere. Unfortunately not everyone was so lucky as the tow truck went around regularly catching people out. This didn’t put us off. Again it’s just one of the rules that enabled the place to look so nice. Thank you again for all of your help. If we book another similar holiday, we wil definitely be in touch.

Amazing holiday - the villa was actually bigger and better than the photos. We had an initial problem connecting to the Wi-Fi and the local team was very quick to help us solve the problem. Very happy with the service.

The villa was nice and clean. Beds were lovely and comfortable, refreshing to have pillows that aren’t like blocks! A good selection of cooking utensils, although wasn’t keen on the plastic type dinner ware. I know it saves breakages. Good amount of space, we had a wheelchair user in the party, and she was able to mobilize freely. The welcome pack was very helpful, especially as our plane was delayed so was very late getting in. I also found your team responsive and polite so thank you.

The villa was absolutely lovely - the layout really suited all members of our family (all three generations). We did have a problem with the pool heating and were very impressed how quickly it was fixed by their maintenance team, as we were there over the Christmas period. This is our second time using Debbie's Villas and we would happily use you again.

This villa was really really good, such attention to detail throughout. The pool area was nice with good seating areas and the kitchen was well equipped and even had an air fryer. We would definitely go back to this villa and very much appreciate being able to have a late checkout.
